I live within walking distance to this place, which could be really bad, but I try to control myself. I would choose Biggby over a Starbucks ANY day of the week. The shop is cozy, the menu is simple and fun, and the staff is always super pleasant and fast with my order. I'm a sucker for the iced treats, but everything is easily customized to your preference. This is a chain out of Michigan, but doesn't feel like one, and we were so excited that the only one down here so close to our apartment! If you're ever in the area, I highly recommend stopping in to Biggby for a delicious treat! You won't. Be disappointed!

My FAV coffee place. Everything is deee-lish. If you go in more than once, they remember your name. So friendly, and they make conversation while making your drink, which makes the (itty bitty) wait time fly by. LOVE this place. Not sure if all locations are as friendly, but I would and do recommend everyone over here.

I fell in love with Biggby a few summers ago when studying for the bar. The owner was so friendly and would frequently bring me iced water as I studied on the patio. The coffee comes in a number of delicious varieties and there is something for everyone whether you like it simple and black or like a morning dessert. They have mocha Monday's with discounted drinks that are perfect to take with you to treat your coworkers. If you want to support local businesses pick biggby. I promise you will fall in love with the friendly barristas and best owners around.

Nice clean little coffee shop, that has a great offering. Friendly staff. They have an extensive assortment of Monin brand syrups, which are really good.

So excited to see a Biggby in greater Cincy! Even though this is a chain, it is locally owned and definitely has that feel. The staff is friendly and helpful, as there are a lot of choices. The environment is clean and bright. Huge outdoor seating area, so take advantage of that during the nice months! Try one of their iced tea lattes, but really, everything is awesome! Coffee connoisseur/snob stamp of approval right here!

Great coffee and lots of other coffee and chocolate drinks. Biggby is a chain from Michigan but doesn't feel like a chain. Great people.

Driving home to Detroit from Atlanta recently, we found ourselves in need of some coffee, so we turned off I-75 onto Dixie Highway in Fort Mitchell, Kentucky, and stopped at the Biggby Coffee there. Excellent selection of drinks, and the young woman behind the counter was wonderfully helpful. I wanted an extra shot in my iced cappucino? How about two extra shots? No, three! Before I knew it, I had enough caffeine in my system to keep me safely awake all the way home and into the night. I also knew the young cashier's life story, including the fact that she'd been a neighbor of ours for a few years in Farmington Hills, Michigan. What are the odds? All in all, a happy and memorable experience. Highest recommendation.

Stopped in for the first time last week and was greeted by a friendly staff. Enjoying a salted caramel latte. Delicious !

I've been going to Biggby in Ft. Mitchell 2 or 3 times per week for the last 18 months. Man I love this place. I drive out of my way to come here because of the staff AND the coffee. You won't be disappointed!

I'm kind of spoiled only living a few blocks from here. The coffee and service has always been great too. The only thing I could point out that could be a bit better is their pricing. I think it seems a bit high - but for a small town coffee shop it's a great place to stop in.

Love, love, love this coffee shop!!!! I have never had a better retail experience, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, especially since I was not sure to order. They helped me go with a frozen Carmel Marvel and it knocked my socks off! It had the perfect amount of sweet/coffee flavor. The best part of my experience was the kid friendly menu!!! I got my son a strawberry Magic Milk which was gone in seconds. This coffee shop is exactly what Northern Kentucky needs and has been looking for. It was fast, clean, friendly and amazingly delicious!!! I can't wait to go back tomorrow, I will definitely be a regular.

I've been here twice and so far it's been an okay experience. Nothing negative to say but at the same nothing spectacular about the place. I once had Cafe Americano Decaf and a lemon cake, and another time I had one of their featured serve yourself coffee (I had hazelnut) and Bagel(cinnamon raisin) and cream cheese. I was a little put-off by the way they served the bagel and cream cheese. It was toasted however they did not spread the cream cheese on to the bagel. The cream cheese came separate in this tiny 2 inch diameter plastic container which was a little cumbersome to spread. I know, sounds a little picky, but in most places where I get bagel and cream cheese they usually have it spread all ready to go. This wouldn't stop me from coming back. I think I'll continue to come back and see how this place evolves and makes its adjustments based on their customers' needs. Oh! BTW the Cinnamon Raisin Bagel and Cream cheese was good once I got it all spread and sunk my teeth into it.

Biggby seems to focus on sugary drinks with coffee flavor. I got a latte and was disappointed--the coffee flavor was watered down, and even the syrup didn't add much flavor. The layout and decor of the store was striking, and not in a good way. Bright solid colors, and wood laminate. The line to reach the register blocks the way to the pickup area after you've placed your order. It's very strange to me that a place was designed like this even with the excellent examples of coffee shops that abound. Apparently they're trying to attract a different crowd than a traditional coffee shop. Perhaps the crowd that prefers the coffee from McDonald's or Dunkin? If that's the case, they need a more convenient location and maybe a drive-through.

This new addition to the Ft. Mitchell community is a great place to grab a cup of joe. It is a newer chain that's decor reminds me of a Dunken Donuts. That is not a knock on the place because it is a bright and cheery atmosphere that is not as bland as a Starbucks. The sizes and prices are about the same but they offer a ton of new options like the Neopolitan Latte and the frozen red bull drinks. I would say it needs to be checked out. Oh, and they make a hell of a cup of regular coffee as well. The staff is attentive and quick, I never see a line that doesn't get served quickly and everyone knows what they are doing. I hope this maintains its spot and becomes a fixture of the community for years to come.

I was so excited to discover what I thought was a new local coffee shop. Upon further research I found that Biggby is a chain across the Midwest. Sigh. Strike one. The shop is poorly located. It is both difficult to get into and out of the parking lot going North on Dixie. You actually have to go past the place and then turn around in one of nearby neighborhoods (no u-turns in KY!). Also the place has a gas station type feel with bright colors and a poorly laid out space plan. Strike 2. The coffee tasted meh. I've had better but it is a step up from a fast food place. Strike 3. Looks like my amazing find isn't so great after all.

I'm so glad to see the Biggby brand moving into KY. With it's great brewed coffee, delicious mixed mochas, lattes and smoothies, this new shop has something to offer for every discerning taste bud. This is some of the best coffee around. Honestly, I prefer this over a Starbucks coffee any day and it's cheaper too! The staff is on top of their game - they are quick to make your drink and great you with a smile. The place is cheery and bright and has plenty of room to hang out at a table to do some work. It's worth the drive if you're in the area!

I was overwhelmed at first walking in as I needed coffee and it was a new menu. The staff were super friendly and accommodating to my under-caffeinated state. I admit, I'm spoiled with Starbucks as I'm a Gold card member and am used to the rewards, so Biggby will take some getting used to. But, they have their own frequent buyer card so I may avail myself of that. Another reviewer writes the coffee is cheaper than Starbucks but I seem to believe the opposite is true. However, the coffee is very good, it's in a good location for me, and I can support a local business! Specifically the caramel marvel and the Neapolitan (quite a yummy surprise!). Again, staff is consistently friendly and I hope this coffee shop survives where the previous coffee shop in this space did not. Keep up the good work Biggby!

The service and the frozen hot chocolate with a shot of Espresso-priceless. And by the way, the cinnamon rolls are amazing.
